# Directions:
01 - Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) if adding breadcrumb topping.
02 - Boil macaroni in salted water until al dente according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
03 - In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Add flour and whisk constantly for 1 minute until forming a smooth paste.
04 - Gradually whisk in milk. Stir and cook until the sauce thickens, about 4 to 5 minutes.
05 - Add shredded cheddar, mozzarella, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth.
06 - Fold in chopped dill pickles, pickle juice, and fresh dill. Ensure even distribution throughout sauce.
07 - Add drained macaroni into the sauce. Stir until pasta is fully coated and creamy.
08 - Mix melted butter with panko breadcrumbs. Spread over macaroni mixture in a baking dish. Bake for 10 minutes or until topping is golden.
